255 Ottley Rooftop Decks

The Armour Yards district near downtown Atlanta is over going an amazing revitalization. Home to the Famous Sweetwater Brewing Company and along the Eastside Beltline Trail, the Armour Yards is the perfect location for mixed use renovations like 255 Ottley. When completed, this building will house offices, restaurants, retail, and parking. Developed by Third & Urban, designed by Smith Dalia Architects, and built by Gay Construction, this forward-thinking concept preserved much of the original structure while creating a modern look with a community feel. The addition of the Brazilian Tigerwood Decks and Cedar Siding bring warmth to the steel beams and massive glass facade.
