Fort Worth Botanical Gardens

FWBG Pergola 556

The Fort Worth Botanic Garden, designed and built in 1934, is the oldest botanic garden in Texas. With 110 acres of beautiful landscape and 23 specialty gardens, its a perfectly peaceful way to spend a day. When the botanic society decided to restore the stone shelter and pergola that sits at the entrance to the lower rose garden, they turned to Hull Historical. We were able to supply the huge and heavy ipe beams and boards for the project. The beams were roughly 600lbs a piece, taking a crane to lift them into position.
