Thermory
Real wood products with beauty and stability to the core.
Thermory uses only heat and steam to modify wood through to its core, enhancing its stability, reducing moisture absorption, and increasing resistance to rot. The result is premium thermally modified wood built for demanding exterior applications, including decking, cladding, soffits, and porch flooring.
Performance is only half the story. Thermal modification brings out rich, dimensional color while preserving the grain and character that make real wood worth specifying. Indoors, that same material creates refined ceilings, accent walls, and architectural details with a natural warmth synthetic products cannot replicate.
Thermory boards are smooth, lightweight, and precisely milled, with profiles and installation systems designed to create clean lines, reduce visible fasteners, and make installation more efficient. For architects, Thermory offers a sophisticated material palette. For builders, it arrives ready to execute.
TimberTown supplies Thermory decking, cladding, soffits, porch flooring, and interior wood products for residential and commercial projects throughout Austin, Atlanta, Nashville, and the surrounding Southeast.
Decking
Thermory decking absorbs less moisture than unmodified wood, helping reduce movement, cupping, and checking. It is also lighter and more comfortable underfoot than many dense hardwoods—advantages that matter on large residential and commercial decks.
Grooved profiles create a clean surface with hidden fasteners. End-matched boards allow more flexibility when placing joints and help reduce cuts and material waste.

Designed with Nature in Mind
Thermory selects timber through responsible forestry practices without relying on tropical rainforests. Using only heat and steam, the wood is enhanced chemical-free, creating a durable material from a naturally renewable resource.
A lighter touch on the forest, a lasting presence in the spaces we create.
Siding & Soffits
Thermory gives walls and rooflines more dimension. Traditional profiles create clean, continuous surfaces, while slats, shingles, mixed widths, and textured boards introduce depth, shadow, and rhythm.
Carry one profile from siding to soffit for a seamless exterior—or combine widths, textures, and orientations to make the wood part of the architecture.

Color changes the mood. Vivid keeps the wood.
Thermory’s translucent Vivid finishes add controlled color while allowing the natural grain and texture to remain visible. Choose a quiet silver or coastal white, deepen the surface with black or exotic brown, or bring forward the warmth with white oak or golden brown.
Available across Thermory decking, cladding, soffits, and porch flooring, Vivid gives architects a more intentional starting point—and gives every project its own expression.

Dimensional Cladding
A wall doesn’t have to sit still.
Thermory’s dimensional profiles use depth, spacing, and repetition to create movement across a surface. CAR3G introduces a finely fluted rhythm, while C8G and C75 create broader, more pronounced shadow lines. Change the profile or orientation and light reshapes the material throughout the day.
The effect may be custom, but the execution is repeatable. Precisely milled boards give builders a consistent pattern to work from, helping complex elevations come together with cleaner alignment and fewer field-built details.
Porch Flooring
Bring the feeling of inside, out.
Unlike traditional decking, Thermory Benchmark Ash porch flooring uses a tongue-and-groove profile to create a tight, continuous surface without the open spacing between deck boards.
Designed for covered outdoor spaces, it creates the more finished feel you expect from an interior floor while still being made for life outside. It’s a simple distinction that helps blur the line between inside and out.
