WeWork’s vibrant SXSW Center co-working space epitomizes everything the iconic festival is known for: creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Spanning three stories in this ultra-modern, amenity-rich complex, the workspace helps drive productivity and connection further. TimberTown worked with Rogers-O'Brien Construction and Lonestar Decking & Cladding to provide Ipe for the two outdoor decks on the South side of the 7th floor. These outdoor areas provide a spot for workers to take a break and come enjoy the sweeping views of downtown Austin, the Capital, and the Texas Hill Country to the West.
